Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behavior, and identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to continuously improve product usability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products or services.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
