The Role:

As a UX Designer at Virkesbörsen, you’ll play a vital role in revamping and scaling our product. You’ll have the exciting challenge of refining our digital platform, removing legacy constraints, and crafting the best possible user experiences. We’re looking for a creative thinker who can combine empathy for our users with a data-driven approach to design. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create wireframes, prototypes, and execute user testing, all while adhering to best design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.

• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to inform design decisions.

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize user experiences.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret user analytics and feedback to make informed design decisions.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Experience with digitizing a traditional industry is a bonus but not required.
