As the Business Development Manager at Tramigo, you’ll play a significant role in driving sales growth and expanding Tramigo’s European presence, beginning with the Swedish and Nordics region. You will have the autonomy to manage the entire sales process, from identifying substantial sales potential to closing deals and nurturing existing partnerships. All the necessary sales materials and applications are already prepared, allowing you to focus on devising the right strategies and processes to cultivate relationships with resellers and negotiate agreements with potential new customers. You won’t be on your own, as you’ll have the support of our HQ sales team. Furthermore, Tramigo offers you the potential to build and lead a team in the long run.
We’re now looking for a driven and results oriented individual, who has the capability to evaluate sales potential and achieve results in accessing new markets. You will report directly to Tramigo’s CEO, who leads the sales effort and provides mentorship.
This is a full-time, permanent position directly employed by Tramigo. Ideally, you are located in Stockholm area, Southern Sweden or Denmark, with the flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed. We hope to onboard you as soon as possible.
We expect you to:
- Have the ability to work independently and with entrepreneurial mindset, and take ownership of the entire B2B sales process
- Be equipped with several years of sales experience in a global working environment
- Have a goal- and solution-oriented mindset with great collaboration skills
- Have full working proficiency in English, other languages such as Nordic languages, Spanish, French or further European languages can be seen as an advantage
- Be eager to learn and seek for new growth opportunities and travel regularly within the European region
We consider as an asset:
- Previous experience with solution-targeted sales, e.g. with Tech and IoT-solutions
- Have a relevant educational background in technical or business related fields
