About the thesis

People & Culture at BA Customer & Solutions is an international function covering the People & Culture areas in Nordic, Germany, Netherlands and UK. We are a team of P&C business partners in each region supporting our business with a central function focusing on continuous development of our ways of working.

We are now looking for a thesis graduate that want to explore how different cultures impact collaboration and decision making in teams. To get a clearer view of how we can be better faster we want to understand how to crack the code of culture being an add on rather than a obstacle.

  • Adding learnings and understanding for how to utilize culture and diversity as an enabler for higher performance.
  • This assignment is for 1 or 2 students

Qualifications

We are looking for a student or students that wants to contribute to fossil freedom. You identify with our experience principles, Active, Open, Positive and Safe.

  • Educational background – Behaviour science bachelor (PAO or equivalent)
  • Scope – 15 or 30hp
  • Fluent in English, preferably Swedish as well

Additional Information

  • Start of assignment: by agreement
  • Location: Stockholm, hybrid. It is possible to work remotely as the team is international, however we will need to have presence in the office in Stockholm on a regular basis to meet with the mentor and stakeholders.
