WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY

Camlin Energy is currently seeking to recruit a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Scandinavian region with potential to expand to surrounding regions. The role will be “home based” reporting to Camlin’s Regional Sales Manager for Europe. The successful post holder will have a proven track record of ”value proposition” sales and experience in selling to end users at a high level. This challenging, rapidly changing and exciting business needs the best people to bring market leading solutions into the energy sector.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the achievement of Sales objectives across all Camlin products and services through development and implementation of effective strategies focusing on customer, value and growth within Camlin’s primary markets of power & rail industries.
  • Prepare sales forecast information on quarterly & annual basis utilising a combination of active customer information and market intelligence.
  • Establish productive and professional working relationships with Camlin customers and partners in order to deliver value for both our customers and Camlin.
  • Actively visit existing customers and seek new opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions of the Camlin Group.
  • Report regularly to reporting Manager on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviour which may affect Camlin business strategies.
  • Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of solutions, products and services.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by understanding customer requirements, communicating and delivering solutions to exceed their expectations. Cooperate closely with Camlin internal teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and maximize the customer’s overall satisfaction.
  • To operate to the highest business standards, manage risk and protect the Camlin Group brand.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Proven experience in a technical sales role is essential, with experience selling in to the energy/ power/ rail utility sectors preferred.
  • Proven sales experience and a firm track record in a technical environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Target driven individual who thrives under pressure and is ambitious to succeed.
  • Ability to travel throughout EU region
  • Scandinavian language speaker (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish), and English language essential
  • Camlin can only offer contracts of employment to applicants who are already legally authorized to live

and work in Europe.


DESIRED CRITERIA

  • Depending on experience educated to Degree Level or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical / Technical or equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Broad commercial experience and highly professional sales and business development skills.
  • Competent in managing the specification process from inception through to delivery.
  • Analysis of customer requirement and matching overall solutions possibilities to our skills and

products.

  • Experience of managing customer expectations and relationships within company deliverables.
