Position Details:
Location: Athens, Greece
Salary: €1,300 per month plus performance bonus up to €300
Type: Hybrid (Work from Home and Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients using the Swedish language.
- Assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
- Experience in technical support or a similar field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Openness to relocating to Greece and working onsite.
