We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us identify top developers worldwide.


What will you be doing:

Conduct Recruitment Calls: Engage with potential candidates, conduct screening interviews, ensure a stellar candidate experience throughout and assess their suitability to join Proxify’s network. Your ability to build rapport and identify top-tier talent will be essential.

Candidate Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback to hiring managers to help them make informed decisions. Your observations and recommendations will drive our hiring success.

Profile Analysis: Analyze resumes and LinkedIn profiles to identify promising candidates. Your attention to detail and expertise in recognizing potential will be a key asset in our recruitment process.


Who you are:

  • A technology enthusiast pursuing engineering studies or possessing a degree in this field.
  • Have a good understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies and other technical aspects relevant to the IT industry.
  • Possessing hands-on experience in coding.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, displaying grit and empathy. You’re remarkable in your ability to adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new approaches.
  • Demonstrate a hunger for knowledge, swiftly integrating new insights into your work. You effortlessly adapt to change and are unafraid to explore innovative strategies.
  • Ready to tackle IT vacancies, with a primary focus on roles such as Software Developers, DevOps, and Quality Assurance professionals.
  • Keep a watchful eye on emerging technologies that can enhance work processes, speed up recruitment, and improve quality.
  • Easily switch between tasks and fully understand the significance of your work. You embrace each task with enthusiasm and recognize its meaningful impact.


Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience working in recruitment. (ATS/LinkedIn experience)

Work Hours:
A commitment to at least 20-30 interviews per week (15-20 hours average) is required as part of this contractor role.
