Technical Development Manager – Power Electronics, EMC and Passives

Location: Nordics

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing-in power semiconductors, EMCs, magnetics or passives and technically supporting customers.
• This is a field-based role identifying new opportunities and providing technical support to existing customers and identifying new customer targets.
• You’ll work closely with our sales team, customers, and suppliers to develop projects and new business opportunities.
• Understanding customer applications and requirements.
• Assisting and developing sales training for our promotional products.
• Being responsible for Northern Europe and reporting to the Regional Technical Manager.

What you bring to us:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in design and technical support within the electronics market either customer, distributor, or manufacturer.
• University degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of power electronics, EMC, magnetics and passives.
• Experienced in new business identification and project management with strong organizational skills.
• Good verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills and motivated to work from a home office.
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge and other relevant IT / office applications.
• English Language is required.
