Your impact
As a Technical Asset Manager at Alight, you will lead the charge in optimizing the performance of our grid-connected solar parks, driving our mission of creating a sustainable and resilient energy landscape forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our solar assets meet and exceed industry standards while maximizing energy output and minimizing downtime.
KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical assessments and inspections of solar parks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance asset longevity and efficiency.
- Utilize cutting-edge monitoring tools to analyze and optimize solar park performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize energy output and minimize downtime.
- Stay informed about local and international regulations related to solar energy.
- Generate insightful reports on solar asset performance using advanced data analytics tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and performance.
- Conduct regular site visits for inspections and troubleshooting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical asset management in the solar or wind sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- An empathic mindset and willingness to provide IT support to your colleagues across Europe
- Ability to work on-site at our office in central Stockholm (hybrid-remote)
- Fluency Swedish and in English, as Alight is an international company and our team is from all over the world
