We are now looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join us and be part of our exciting journey for one year in a parental cover role from September 2023-September 2024. You will join an established and dynamic team based in our modern offices in Arenastaden, Solna.

About the job
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of a global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive recruitment advisory to SEB’s managers and making sure that the right talent is hired. The core team consists of ten colleagues forming the business cluster team and in Sweden we are a total of 23 colleagues within Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition department is dedicated in helping our different divisions to grow in the appropriate way.
In this role you will have a broad set of responsibilities which includes leading the full recruitment cycle for various positions ranging from executive- to entry levels positions. This means identifying business needs, creating a sourcing strategy, to find, attract and sign new employees, whilst engaging in an advisory-led way with your stakeholders. The roles you will be working with will be of large variety and consisting of everything from senior management positions to specialist positions, mirroring the complete competence portfolio of SEB’s business.

You will also get the opportunity to work closely with other parts of SEB HR to drive and support other initiatives to enhance business results.

Who are you?
To be successful in this role you have demonstrated experience in recruitment for at least three years, where headhunting passive candidates have been a natural element of your daily work. As such, you are used to managing the entire recruitment cycle and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders of all levels of the organization. If you have previous experience recruiting for the finance industry that will be considered meriting. In addition you:
  • Consider yourself service minded and always aim to provide the best candidate and manager experience,
  • Have strong collaboration and self-leadership skills and thrive when you work together with other people,
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish as well as English, both written and spoken,
  • Have an academic degree within a relevant field of study,
  • Like to have fun at and actively contribute to an encouraging and optimistic work culture
