Our client is a provider of advanced powertrain solutions worldwide. Currently, they aim to envision the future of movement by developing sustainable and feasible powertrain technologies. The client offers numerous opportunities for individuals who are eager to collaborate and create positive changes.

You will establish and manage pools of top talents and consistently interact with them to attract candidates and maintain a strong talent pool. Working closely with others, you will play a crucial role in activities like enhancing the company’s reputation as an employer, planning for future leadership needs, and evaluating candidates to ensure a cohesive and outstanding external image and candidate journey. You will also engage in recruitment networks and exchange successful strategies internally to continually improve the hiring processes for Powertrain Engineering.

To achieve successful hiring outcomes, you will collaborate with internal teams and hiring leaders, stay informed about market dynamics, and be up to date on industry trends and labor market conditions through external comparisons. You are required to adhere to and keep yourself informed about the corporate code of conduct, relevant policies, and laws to ensure that all hiring processes are conducted ethically and in compliance with anti-discrimination regulations, while also safeguarding the reputation of the client and its employer brand.

Requirements

  • Capability to think and act both tactically and strategically
  • Strong analytical skills to make accurate assessments
  • Adequate understanding of the business to interact and communicate effectively with important internal stakeholders
  • In-depth expertise in the policies, processes, and procedures within the area of responsibility
  • Proficiency in contributing to the creation of tactical and operational plans that turn broad ideas into actions that benefit the business
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken

It is meritorious if you have knowledge and stay up to date about market trends.
