About the role
Be part of the journey taking recruiting, employer branding and onboarding to the next level in If, where we strive to create a positive and inspiring candidate experience. We appreciate the insight and ideas you can bring us, as well as your contribution in our daily work.
You will contribute us having a high-quality candidate experience by offering day-to-day support in candidate communication and coordinating recruitment processes with colleagues in HR and recruiting leaders, both locally and on Nordic level. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have tasks such as screening of candidates, scheduling of interviews, search, reference calls and other assignments related to recruitments. You will be involved in recruitment for one of our largest professional groups at If, insurance- and claims advisors.
You will also have a role in our employer branding actions by for example book and attend student events as well as organizing our onboarding program for new employees.

About the team
The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR. Besides working with your TA-colleagues you might also be in contact with HR colleagues in other teams and recruiting leaders. We will all l support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If.
Who are you?
You have an ambition to learn more recruitment and employer branding. Your inner drive is strong, you have a sense of responsibility and can be trusted to deliver. You are structured and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. It is easy for you to create internal and external relations.
You also have:
  • Started a bachelor’s or master’s degree and it is an advantage if you are studying within the HR/Communication/Marketing field and are in the beginning of your studies
  • Some work experience within e.g. HR, communication, event planning, coordination, marketing etc. is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

Schedule: 16-20 hours a week. You get the opportunity to distribute the hours over the week between Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, according to your wishes and in dialogue with the business.
