We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Support for a global company in Södertälje. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.Assignment descriptionIn the assignment as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Support you will be responsible for helping with administrative tasks in the recruitment process with multiple recruitments together with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Work in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure a qualitative and seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring manager. Tasks include to:Support in scheduling assessment and booking participants.Help Talent Acquisition Specialist post ads, set up interviews, process candidates in the pipeline (in job requisition) and send adhoc emails.Can initiate register work before contract and initiate onboarding in the recruiting system.Work with improvement workHSPA recruits for positions within R&D (mostly tech-roles, engineers and constructors). You need to understand the recruitment process and also support the Talent Acquisition Specialists in the talent supply chain within the company. This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Södertälje. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
