STRONGER is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance Stronger’s channel presence. You know what it takes to build a brand on social media and you will elevate Stronger’s social media presence by curating content that elevates our brand and engages our audience.

About the role
As a Social Media Manager at STRONGER you’ll lead brand-building efforts on social media with expertise in current trends and best practices. You’ll curate compelling content, dramatize marketing campaigns, and oversee initiatives from strategy to implementation. Your role involves developing and aligning omnichannel strategies with company goals, appealing to our target audience.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel strategy aligned with company goals and resonating with our target audience.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and video, across various platforms.
- Manage campaigns and daily operations of social media channels
- Coordinate internal and external content planning.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, adapting strategies accordingly
- Maintain brand consistency and lead social initiatives
- Analyze outcomes, implement improvements, and formulate strategic hypotheses
- Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and other departments for cohesive brand messaging and alignment with company objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Genuine passion for all social media channels and a natural curiosity
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Innovative thinking and a knack for creative solutions
- Resourceful, efficient time management, and adept at multitasking
- Positive, collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluent in English (Swedish proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in e-commerce environment (a plus)

In this role you work closely with our creative inhouse department. You will be reporting to the Head of Content Creation.

Location
This is a full-time position that is located at our office in the central part of Stockholm. We are working from the office with the possibility to work from home 2 days / week.
Start date
As soon as possible, but no later than mid December. Please make sure to include your portfolio in your application. If you get further in the process, you will also be asked to put together a case (work sample) and to complete a personality and logic test as part of the process.
