The position

Cambio is looking for a Senior Test Lead to help us ensure the quality of our managed service offering. We deliver several different services and environments to our customers and are now looking for a quality assurance leader to help us build and improve our capability to deliver a first-class service to our customers. The role will be a central part of Cambio’s journey to improve healthcare products and services.

In your role as Senior Test Lead you will be responsible for developing and implementing a holistic strategy to ensure the quality of our managed services. You will be responsible for helping to design and implement a test automation framework to ensure that our service quality controls are efficient and scalable. Working with test teams and resources within Cambio, you will be responsible for test reporting to ensure the delivery is performed with high quality, and documented visibility. You will be working with other areas of Cambio to ensure that our quality assurance processes align with our global strategy, meet the contractual obligations to our customers, and fulfil regulatory requirements.

About you

You have a strong background in test and quality assurance at a leadership level. You have worked with managed service delivery and understand the associated test needs. You are a person who likes structure and is thorough in your work. You know how to build processes and drive change within an organization. You are results oriented and always looking for ways to improve existing ways of working. If this sounds like you, then we think you will thrive in this role.

The Senior Test Lead will have contact with various stakeholders both internally and externally, with our customers and partners, it is therefore important that you have very strong communication as well as collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Extensive background with quality assurance in a managed service environment
• Test management experience
• Experience working with test automation
• ISTQB certification or similar
• Experience working with agile methodologies

Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written

It’s a bonus if you

• Are ITIL certified, and have worked with the ITIL Change and Release process
• Have experience from working with an ITSM tool
• Have designed and implemented a test automation solution

Have experience from the healthcare sector

Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
