For this role there is also the possibility of working at the Coherent office in Germany, in Eching just outside Munich.nnOur ExpectationsnnWe attach great importance to your personal qualities, but to be relevant for this role it is required that you:nn • Hold a PhD in semiconductors, microelectronics or equivalent.n • Have over 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.n • Have expertise in semiconductor device design modelling.n • Possess hands-on experience with TCAD modelling.n • Have very good knowledge of semiconductor physics.n • Experience in power semiconductors and SiC technology is advantageous.nnIn order to succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you are innovative, a problem solver, methodical, result-oriented, and a team player.
