Your Mission

The Senior Sales Engineer will focus on partnering with the Account Executive to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle.

You, as a Senior Sales Engineer, must possess a winning combination of business and technical skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.

This role is based in Sweden and will eventually require some travel.

What you’ll do at UiPath

  • Deliver on UiPath’s value propositions in a persuasive and executive manner
  • Demonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to UiPath capabilities
  • Articulate high level solutions to fit client needs and environment during a deal process
  • Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath
  • Drive end-user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to make solutions a reality for the customer
  • Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in
  • UiPath webinars and other industry events
  • Contribute to clients’ business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries
  • Lead technical engagements across the sales process
  • What you’ll bring to the team

  • Ability to work in harmony with the UiPath values; Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast
  • Good balance of sales, business, and technical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships that will be significantly leveraged in driving additional business
  • Ability to influence client technology decisions with a UiPath solution
  • Ability to validate proposed solutions and architectures, and create appropriate messaging for sales and technical staff
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish. Other Nordic languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Previous experience working with UiPath, or another RPA platforms is desirable
