Senior Project Manager at DeLaval Project Management Office

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to the DeLaval PMO Project Management Office.
Purpose of role and key responsibilities
Your role will be to ensure the efficient and cross-functional management of DeLaval projects on new product development, product maintenance, and quality.

You will lead high technology HW and SW product development projects:
- Plan and execute cross-functional projects from idea through industrialization to result, time and financial targets
- Lead and motivate the project members to perform their best with a holistic perspective toward Delaval’s strategic ambitions
- Ensure pro-active risk management
Manage stakeholders in an efficient and collaborative way
Your profile
To succeed in this role it is important that you know your way of leading in complex situations and handle all stakeholders as well as decision makers. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist.

As a person you are driving and well-structured both on an operational and strategic level. You can delegate and coach your teams to secure their deliveries according to expectations and agreements.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role we see that you have
- At least 10 years in international product development roles, of which at least 5 years in project management positions
- Documented experience running large-scale product development projects as well as multi-project steering
- High degree of strategic business acumen and strong customer-orientation
- Team player and collaborative personality with excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in issue facilitation and problem solving
- Extraordinary coordination and intercultural skills
- Master or equivalent degree in engineering

Travel will be needed to be successful in this position. The position will be part of the Division Product Development and will report to the Tumba PMO manager of Product Development. Location: Tumba, Sweden.
