Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a senior IT project manager that loves to take on new challenges and shape the future with IT. You will work with various stakeholders across the organization, from business units to IT teams, to deliver successful implementations of both technology as well as change management. You will also play a key role in in establishing a strong structure and positive project management culture, together with our IT management team.

Your Role

• Lead and manage complex IT-projects from planning to implementation.
• Support the business of developing requirements specifications
• Drive implementation of projects against agreed goals, needs, requirements, and budget frameworks ensuring resource and time planning
• Manage risks in projects and find viable solutions
• Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet their expectations.
• Bring our IT project process to life as you lead its implementation.
• Act as a mentor and resource to support others when it comes to project management best practices

WHO YOU ARE

To thrive in the position as an IT Project Manager you are a service-minded, communicative, and relationship-orientated person who likes to support with your knowledge. You have a genuine passion for leading IT projects, and you are comfortable in working in a global organizations, cross-border and in a collaborative manner. You are a non-prestige person who is structured, organized and have an attention to details. Leadership, collaboration, customer understanding, and problem-solving skills are something that sits in the spinal cord.

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PPS, PMP, PRINCE2. Agile is a plus
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience from global IT organizations
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
