To support this mission, we’re seeking a talented SEO and Paid Media Specialist to help us expand our digital presence and engage our audience.
Position Overview
The SEO and Paid Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads for Ecoride e-bikes. This position involves developing and executing strategies for organic search optimization and managing paid media campaigns to achieve measurable business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility for Ecoride’s e-bikes and associated content.
- Conduct keyword research tailored to the e-bike industry and sustainability-focused audiences.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor organic performance metrics and report actionable insights to the team.
Paid Media Management
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram to drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop audience targeting strategies to connect with Nordic and sustainability-conscious customers.
- Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to align with brand objectives.
- Manage budgets and track campaign ROI, providing detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Paid Media campaign management.
- Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimization for e-commerce websites.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in sustainability and/or the electric bicycle industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms like Centra, Storyblok and Odoo.
- Familiarity with Nordic markets and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.
