Together you will support SignUp´s Swedish and international sales teams in Europe, The US, Asia and Australia. In your role as a Sales Support Representative, you will act as a support function to the sales team but also directly to already existing customers. This means that you will have a lot of contact with several internal departments as well as customers and partners.nnA typical day can consist of answering incoming inquiries, booking and holding your own meetings with customers, preparing quotes, ensuring correct information in the CRM system and reviewing contracts. You will also participate in sales meetings and negotiations. This is a very important part of the sales organization and you will get the opportunity for long-term development within the company.nnYou will work at their beautiful and spacious Head Office with a panoramic view at Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, but with the flexibility of working a few days per week remotely.nnYour main tasks will be:nn • Additional sales on existing customersn • Supporting clients via phone and emailn • Creating and administrating new contractsn • Ensuring correct registration in MS Dynamics CRMn • Assisting with quotes to partners and internallynnWho do we think you are?nnWe are looking for you who have previous experience in B2B sales or sales support and are now looking for a role where you can combine your skills in sales but also work in a role that involves administrative work. We would like you to have previous experience with licenses and administrating complex contracts as this will be a big part of your day to day work. Your primary working tools will be MS Dynamics CRM and for communication MS Outlook, MS Teams and telephone. You will also handle a lot of tasks in MS Excel and MS Word, which means that you need to have good knowledge of the Office package in general. You feel very confident with speaking English as well as Swedish and won´t hesitate to pick up the phone in order to solve potential issues with customers.nnQualificationsnnIn order to fit and succeed in this role, we believe you have the following background:nn • At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B sales/sales support.n • Good knowledge of the Office packagen • Good insight into how a sales process worksn • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedishn • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is meritoriousn • Experience of license sales is meritoriousnnAbout Signup SoftwarennSignUp Software was founded in 1999 and today has over 100 employees in Sweden, but 200 employees in total, with solid experience and knowledge in the development of IT solutions.
