Role Overview:

As an Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads. Your role will involve nurturing these relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals that align with our mission. You’ll work closely with our marketing and client success teams to ensure new clients experience a seamless transition into our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond to all inbound leads promptly, qualify them, and move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations.

  • Sales Process Ownership: Develop and refine a structured, consultative sales process that prioritizes building trust and delivering solutions that fit client needs.

  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to keep track of leads, update statuses, and ensure consistent follow-ups and outreach.

  • Goal Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and ensuring new clients are aligned with our agency’s values and services.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years in a sales or client-facing role, ideally within a performance marketing, digital marketing, or SaaS environment.

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and tailoring solutions to client needs.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficient with sales tools and virtual communication platforms.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to convey information clearly, build client relationships, and confidently present solutions.

  • Results-Oriented: You’re driven by goals and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proactive & Organized: You manage your time well, follow up diligently, and ensure every lead receives a timely response.
