About the role
As a Sales Executive at Redeploy, you will be part of our Sales Team who focus on delivering value to our customers through cloud-native technology. The team is today four people strong consisting of Head of Sales, Key Account Manager and two Sales Executives. Redeploy is currently on a growth journey, hence why we are looking to strengthen the team with an additional Sales Executive to help us grow business revenue, customer base and reach new heights.
In this role, your scope will be to find more opportunities and close deals related to our different business areas. You will work closely with some of our biggest existing customers but also be responsible for finding new logos. The role will include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Client Relationship Management
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations
Pipeline Management and Reporting
Who are you?
To excel in this role, we believe that you are a driven, outgoing and curious person who understand the power of team collaboration. You thrive in fast-paced, high growth and rapidly changing environments and have a customer-first/customer obsession attitude. Other than that, we also see that you come with following experiences:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in finding, winning and developing new customers
- Proven track record over-achieving quota
- Experience in driving sales within enterprise and mid-sized corporations
- Experience from working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
And if you come with following experiences, you will stick out from the crowd!
- Experience working with selling services (SaaS, managed services etc.)
- Knowledge in public cloud offerings (Azure, AWS)
Education in challenger sales or any other sales methodology
