This is a great position to either start a career in SaaS sales or transition to SaaS sales from another industry.
To set you up for success, we have a structured SDR onboarding & training program, and you will be provided with call strategies & messaging that is proven to work.

Responsibilities:

Drive Kognity’s growth by identifying and engaging new schools and educational institutions.

Build relationships with key decision-makers and convert those leads into opportunities by scheduling demos with qualified prospects for our team of Account Executives.

Represent Kognity at Events; conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on calling activities, as well as inbound and outbound lead management.
Requirements:

Native-level Spanish and excellent English. You’ll need to be great at writing concise and engaging content, with the right grammar and punctuation.

Sales Acumen, including prospecting and lead generation. The ability to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and communicate value propositions.

The ability to build rapport with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.

Energetic and driven with a results-orientated mindset. Persistent and resilient, turning challenges and rejection into opportunities.

A growth mindset; always looking to improve workflows, email copy and sequence campaigns.
