About Developers Shore

Developers Shore is a premium community for developers in Central and Eastern Europe. Our mission is to create attractive job opportunities for our community members and to make it easier for companies to solve their development needs by hiring awesome developers remotely in the European time zones.

We started in Sweden and Ukraine and built a network of the best developers. Now we have a nearshore community of around 1000 great remote developers all over the CEE region. As a next step we are looking to establish our offering to Finnish companies.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you are offered a fun and varied role where you are responsible for establishing, growing and developing our client relationships. You will have a key role in establishing Developers Shore on the Finnish market with the goal of creating the best consulting experience and successful IT development for our clients.

You do this by finding and collaborating with the most attractive companies on the market, understanding their IT challenges, and helping them match the best consultants in our network to specific needs.

Our Sales head office is in Sweden and delivery head office is in Ukraine. However, we are a distributed team working from all over Europe and you will be working in close cooperation with colleagues from other regions. At Developers Shore you will have a great opportunity to influence things and make a difference at the job.

More specifically, you will work with:

• Building client base – prospecting, contacting, booking and conducting meetings with the most interesting companies on the market. And thereby initiate close cooperation with selected clients.

• Needs analysis – Ongoing dialogue and contact with clients, understanding their needs in the short and long term, defining consultant requests.

• Consultant delivery – together with the delivery team match the right skills with the right assignment, present candidates, participate in consultant interviews.

• Business – Lead contract discussions, negotiate contracts, handle feedback, handle renegotiation, etc.

• Client success – continuously nurture, follow up, further develop and deepen cooperation with clients

• Business development – In collaboration with management, further develop our offering.

About you

• Experience in B2B sales of consulting services and/or recruitment

• People person who is curious and enjoys building relationships and trust

• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

We have around 1000 developers in our community. Internally we are around 12 employees. We doubled our revenue last year and expect to continue to grow rapidly in the coming years.
