As an intern at Alva Labs, you get to step into the shoes of a work- and organizational psychologist. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about the different ways of working within psychology. We are looking for someone who is driven, takes initiative and is comfortable taking charge of their own assignments. There will be a variety of projects you’ll be able to choose from, which means you can shape your internship according to what interests you the most.

Alva Labs is a platform used by recruiters of different companies to help them find the best possible candidates for a job. Alvas test is made up of psychometric testing and measures personality traits and logical ability. It is based on research and developed within the item response theory. When you apply for the internship, you get to do the tests and later on there will be an interview. Of course, you will get feedback on the tests, which will give you a deeper understanding of your results.

Some things you should know:

• Alva Labs has an office based in Central Stockholm
• Remote working is permitted, although as an intern you would get the most out of your internship by being present in the office
• English is the official company language
• As an intern you will be part of the Customer Success Team
• There are several licensed psychologists working at Alva (besides your supervisor) that you can shadow and turn to when in need of help
