To an assignment in Lund, we are now searching for a senior Project Manager.

You will take the role as a Technical Project Lead for external partnership project and collaborations. The focus area will be recycling technologies for Tetra Pak beverage cartons and the work will include building strong relations as well as stakeholder management cross Tetra Pak (create good collaborative atmosphere between commercial and technical organizations) and with external partners.

This assignment involves a lot of project coordination, you as a consultant need to have strong leadership and dare to make decisions. You will also be the one who acts as the spider in the web and will be responsible for keeping the team together, as well as the structure of the work.

Required skills:
Experienced project leader, preferably from Tetra Pak or other working knowledge from recycling or polymers
High communication skills on all levels
Bring clarity with proper activity and MS planning
Experience from driving for decisions and delivering towards expectations
Experience of being an informal leader, dealing with ambiguity, leading and driving things forward even without having all the answers in place, and the ability to engage and effectively delegate to staff and teams with limited availability.

Remote work: Some remote work can be possible. However, main place of work is onsite i Lund, Sweden.
