PROJECT MANAGER : STOCKHOLM

Tasks & responsibilites Support the RMC Manager (Resource Management Center) in structuring, driving and following up on key development areas – including organizational development, process changes, onboarding of new VMS IT system and ways of working in the department.

Drive one or more transitions/onboardings (e.g. onboarding of a new supplier)

Start: ASAP

End: 2024-12-31

Workload: 100% (40h per week)

Work location: Solna (with the possibility to work remotely up to 50%)

Required competence

· Strong ability to bring strategy into hands-on operational results through relevant planning

· Proven leadership capabilities

· Proven organisational development successes (responsible for developing and implementing organizational changes)

· Fluent spoken and written English

· Ability to manage stakeholders across a complex organization

Wanted competence

Meritorious experience / expertise

• Experience from the VMS / Contingent Worker industry
• Understanding of the European contingent workforce supplier and broker market landscape.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish, German or Dutch.
