As the Project Leader you are passionate about meetings and events – physical or digital. You also have the holistic perspective and strategic mindset when assigned a project.

You belong to a top-notch M& E organization and together we focus on Strategic Meetings Management.

As part of the team, you of course also help and support where needed –
in few words you are a great colleague and a team player.

We oversee many projects, from simple meetings to complex events.

You are the wise partner your customer needs before, during and after the event –
our clients trust your knowledge, know-how and advice.

Professionalism, flexibility and delivery of excellence is a must.

You have great social competence, a problem solver who is not afraid of attending and leading the on-site arrangements.

You manage projects from beginning to end and oversee several arrangements by yourself as well as being part of teams around more complex projects.

HOW YOU CAN SET YOURSELF APART

• Several years of professional experience with organizing meetings and events
• Experience in Life Science & Meeting Management
• Degree or completed training in the areas of event management, tourism, hotel industry or comparable.
• Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products
• Requirement – good knowledge in Amadeus
• Experience in Cvent
• Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style.
• Efficient handling while delivering precise work and high-quality standards.
• Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas.
