As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you’ll join our IT Delivery organization as an internal consultant, focusing on Field Service Management (FSM) and optimizing our service processes.

What you will do as our Project Manager/Business Analyst
Your key responsibility will be support and improvements of the FSM system and field service process in general. Working with business analysis, implementation, maintenance and administration of the FSM & Mobility application FMP360, other tools and processes.
As Project Manager/ Business Analyst you will attend or lead daily operational meetings with the application team. You attend Service Solution area meetings and report on tasks, issues, challenges and opportunities to the Program Manager.
Exact responsibilities and organization are subject to change depending on circumstances.
This means taking initiatives, suggesting ideas and working with overall improvement of all solutions within service solution to meet business objectives and requirements.

You would also be responsible for
  • Project Management
  • Participating in larger projects
  • Translating business requirements and objectives into IT solutions and processes with SMEs
  • Second-line support and coordination
  • Supplier and AMS coordination
  • System administration, documentation, testing, and ”train the trainer” duties with SMEs

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for a candidate with:
  • strong business knowledge and background in global/international companies in a similar role
  • fluency in spoken and written English is essential
  • proficiency in a second major European language is highly desired
  • willingness to travel within the EMEIA region (and occasionally beyond) is a requirement, but frequency will vary

The following competences are an advantage.
  • Background in Project Management
  • Experience of one or several of ERP, CRM or FSM as consultant or super user
  • Experience from global roll-outs
  • To some extent technical background, general or MS stack

The ideal candidate possess first class analytical and decision making capabilities, with a natural flare for communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business to ensure that deadlines are met. We anticipate the ideal candidate to be the type of person who thrives in the face of challenge, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You have the ability to switch between working independently as well as in a team as a member or as a coordinator. You enjoy and are motivated by understanding business needs and targets.
