About the job
We are a global agency, so your role will be to have a broad, diverse set of responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Project Manager, you will drive and ensure the delivery of our client projects to make sure we deliver everything of high quality. You will focus on client needs, strengthening these relationships and ensuring that we exceed expectations in every aspect. You will foster smooth collaboration between clients and our team of strategists and specialists across various domains, including customer experience strategy, UX/UI design, A/B testing, data analysis, CRM, and change management. Prior experience in web development or a related field is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day client and team communication and management ensuring work progresses according to plan and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project status and finances by updating reports and ensuring projects stay on budget.
- Scoping and planning of new projects
- Team resourcing
Qualifications
- You have 5+ years of experience in similar positions from an agency/consulting company.
- You understand the fundamental principles of customer experience.
- You are client-focused and understand client needs.
- You possess a strong strategic mindset.
- You have strong professional, organizational, and administrative skills, demonstrating proactivity to manage daily challenges.
- You find it exciting to be part of a client team, you manage to bring out the best in others and know when to delegate responsibility and when to take charge yourself.
- You have a good understanding and communication skills in both Swedish and English since both languages will be used in the workplace.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management is highly beneficial.
