Join our team! As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of tasks related to the successful execution of client projects. Your primary focus will be on the administrative and operational aspects of the projects, including budget administration, social media management, and event coordination. You will work closely with our internal team and external vendors to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and successfully.


Work tasks

  • Manage project budgets and payments, and create regular reports using Excel

  • Create and execute a social media plan, including managing the social media channels, creating content, and managing the online presence

  • Work closely with a production bureau to create high-quality marketing materials and other deliverables for our clients

  • Participate in industry events and coordinate logistics, including preparing materials and executing event plans

  • Participate in investor matchmaking and coordinate investor relations activities, as needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with social media management, event planning, and project budget administration

This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule of 30-40% availability. You must be available during business hours and have the ability to work remotely.
