About the role
As a Programmatic Solutions Specialist, you’ll be integral to shaping and strengthening dentsu Amplifi’s programmatic offering. Collaborating closely with the Programmatic Director, your expertise will drive innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness throughout our programmatic strategies.
In this role, you’ll work across disciplines, leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategic insights to optimize our programmatic solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, evaluating emerging technologies and industry developments, and assessing their feasibility and impact on our organizational goals.
Additionally, you’ll act as a subject matter expert for both clients and internally within dentsu. Through conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, you’ll ensure that our teams are equipped with a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, solutions, and best practices, ultimately providing strategic guidance and impactful results.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including media planners, data analysts, and Agency client teams, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of dentsu Amplifi’s programmatic solutions.
Qualifications

Relevant educational background in digital marketing or equivalent industry experience.

Minimum two years of experience in programmatic buying, DSP, SSP, or equivalent technology background.

Deep knowledge and strategic thinking, capable of analyzing complex information and drawing valuable insights and actions.

Collaborative approach across dentsu and network and a strong project management skill.

Comfortable sharing expertise and presenting both internally and externally.

Analytical ability and interest in numbers to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities.

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Proficient in both Swedish and English languages.

Knowledge of DSPs, self-service systems, Marathon, and proficiency in office software is desirable.

Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English and confident using both languages in a professional setting.

It is not a requirement, but meritorious, if you have experience or familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, SQL, BigQuery and Python.

The position is full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probation period, located at our Stockholm office. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the start date is in August/according to the agreement. We look forward to receiving your application!
