About the role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and motivated Professional Services Director to join our team at Auditdata. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to our valued clients, ultimately contributing to their satisfaction and success.

As the Professional Services Director, you will manage the SaaS services delivery organisation, lead a team of dedicated service professionals, guiding and mentoring them to achieve excellence in service delivery. Your strategic mindset will be put to good use as you develop and implement innovative service strategies that align with our clients’ needs and expectations.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to service delivery. By identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices, you will continuously enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Auditdata Project portfolio incl. capacity, financials, forecasting and reporting

• Act as Auditdata’s senior management representative in large and strategic projects and programs, develop and implement service strategies that drive client success

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service improvement and innovation both from a delivery quality, time to value as well as financial performance perspective

• Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional service

• Ensure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service

• Create a healthy performance culture with tangible services KPI’s, performance evaluation, constructive feedback and recognition

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated service delivery

Your qualifications:

• Experience running professional services team(s) and a portfolio of projects within SaaS deliveries and consulting work to international customers

• 5+ years of experience building, leading and managing professional services teams

• Experience using different software like Azure DevOps/Jira to handle project deliveries, budgets, time planning and time registrations etc.

• Strong understanding of Agile/PRINCE2/PMP frameworks and principles; related certifications would be a plus

• MsC or BsC degree in related field

• Fluent English written and spoken

• Strong communication and execution skills

• Able to travel worldwide to a customer side
