Productivity Engineer within Logistics

On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.The client a leader in the automotive industry is seeking a Logistics Productivity Engineer. nnAssignmentnThey are dedicated to developing next-generation hybrid systems and internal combustion engines. As a Logistics Productivity Engineer, you will join the Local Line & Equipment team. You'll be part of the Local Engineering Group in Manufacturing Engineering, responsible for developing and implementing equipment solutions for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineering departments, plant engineering, production, and external suppliers. Please note that this position may involve some travel.nnYour role will involve:n- Developing and implementing efficient processes and logistics flows.n- Optimizing internal transportation methods.n- Supporting advanced engineering from a logistics perspective.n- Assisting production with new logistics systems and creating production instructions.*n- Planning logistics layouts and determining staffing needs for production.n- Conducting time studies in logistics.n- Collaborating with the Plant to achieve our Vision Plan.n- Participating in best practice sharing teamsnnQualificationsnWe are looking for you who have/are:n- An Engineering degree from a college or university (or equivalent)n- Experienced in Production Engineering and Lean Culturen- Experience in an international environmentn- Great project management skills for handling complete assignments and implementationsn- Good ability to coordinate and cooperate with R&D, Suppliers, Customers and cross-functional team membersn- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenn- High IT maturity and experienced user of Office 365, SAP and other systemsn- Knowledge in 6-Sigma, AutoCAD, Teamcenter and experience from the automotive industry is a plus.  nnPersonalitynTo be successful in this role we believe you have/are: n- Strong analytical skillsn- Ability to adapt to changen- Communicativen- Organized, structured and enjoys planning your work. n- Strong work ethicsn- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team. nnFormalities n- Assignment period: ASAP – 01 Dec 2025n- Extent: 100%n- Location: Skövden- Remote work: 0%n- Competence level: 3nnRead more about competence level at: https://www.addilon.se/konsult/kompetensnivaer/nnApplication processnAddilon is our partner in this recruitment.
