We are expanding to successfully handle some of the most advanced cable projects in the world, and now its time for an additional Production Planner to join the site in Alingsås!
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to secure high delivery accuracy
With a high number of exciting projects on our to-do list, we are looking to expand our Production Planning team in order to secure our contribution to the green transformation of the energy system! You will be working according to established planning processes to ensure timely, cost efficient and accurate delivery of our in-house produced products. On a day to day basis you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure achievement of KPI targets in collaboration with relevant colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organization. In more detail, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Secure the availability of finished goods to achieve a high delivery accuracy and short lead times so that customer delivery dates can be met
- Implement improvement initiatives relating to production planning –from a business, process and system perspective
- Set and update master data parameters in SAP
- Evaluate capacity requirements – both for machines and personnel

To be successful in this role, we believe that you obtain great interpersonal skills in order to inspire and get your point through to various functions and partners. You will join a team of currently 3 production planners where you will have great use of your knowledge about planning processes and how business is run in order to influence your surroundings. - University degree within engineering, business, logistics – or equivalent
- SAP skills in production and production planning – bonus points for skills in sales, purchasing, and warehousing
- Min. 2 years of experience within planning and/or supply chain
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Fair understanding of Lean principles
