What you’ll be doing

As our Product Promoter (Range Promoter) you will be responsible for a team of three Coordinators, located in Sweden, supporting different brands within Nobia. Your mission together with the team will be to set one “Product Promotion” team, taking care of all product promotion, product information, price list creation, PIM updates and general Product support on a Nordic level. Your team will secure that all internal and external stakeholders receive the needed product information so they can meet our customers with confidence. Both when we are doing product changes, launches and phase outs.

The team’s responsibility includes all brands in Local Jewel Brands (LJB) and Channel Brands. Local Jewel Brands includes Marbodal in Sweden, Invita in Denmark, Sigdal in Norway and Novart in Finland. Channel Brands includes Norema (both flatpack and rigid) and Granarp (flatpack), also in the four nordic countries.

It will be you and your team’s responsibility to gather the necessary knowledge about a product and disseminate it to current stakeholders through various channels—and it’s only you who sets limitations on which presentation platforms and methods are used for optimal communication to your stakeholders. Your success lies in the ability to equip your colleagues with the right product information—and you can influence the area in just the direction you desire.

You will become part of an international company where you will have many internal interfaces and collaborations with marketing, sales, training, stores, and more.

Your skillset for performance:

• You have the ability to translate product information into concrete sales arguments
• Experience as a manager and skills in remote leadership
• Experience from kitchen industry and product interest
• Some “marketing”skills – (video, presentation material etc.)
• Stakeholder management
• Dare to challenge the way of working and try new things
• You need to be fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages, like Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
