As a Product Owner CRM, you are responsible for ensuring, optimizing and developing Kappahl’s CRM going forward, together with internal and external partners in accordance with the CRM strategy and Kappahl’s future goals. You will work closely with IT, other system owners and suppliers. Part of the role is to be able to set clear requirements, prioritize backlog, ensure testing and implementation of functions and lead the development work in line with budget, goals and time for delivery. You stay up to date on trends in CRM and are passionate about identifying new opportunities in the field.
The role is part of our wonderful CRM team within our Sales department and reports to the CRM Manager. You will be part of a creative, inspiring and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to develop the business for CRM at Kappahl.
As a person, you are motivated by driving initiatives forward, build relationships and enjoy developing cross-functional collaboration. You are technical, analytical and structured. You are solution-oriented and understand systems and their context. You also have the ability to manage projects successfully.
You are interested in systems, technology and are good at requirements, backlog and have previous experience with orders from suppliers, IT and other stakeholders. We value curiosity and new ways of thinking as well as a strong focus on customer benefit.
