The Product team at Accedo has a mission to create a scalable platform for building impactful video applications. With Accedo One, our award-winning product, our customers are able to set up their own video streaming apps, without any additional development. We are passionate about reusable solutions, high coding standards, and exceptional user experience.

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team. As a Product Owner, you will work together with a highly skilled and enthusiastic cross-functional team on creating new features and transforming existing ones. You will be responsible for defining and prioritising stories in the team’s backlog and will collaborate with the rest of the Product management team in order to ensure the right product strategy is defined and delivered. You will also have the opportunity to apply your leadership skills by owning part of the Scrum process and will be an integral part of the product delivery team.

What You Will Do

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Providing direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• External and internal dependency analysis, communication with Accedo stakeholders to ensure the tasks can be worked on
• Identify and define product growth opportunities
• Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Keep informed with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product owner or similar relevant role
• BA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
