The position

As a Product Manager at Cambio you are the face of our offering and the advocate of its users – in this case both inhabitants, patients and the personnel working with healthcare and social care. You tell the story of what we’re building, how we’ll get there and why it will be outstanding for our customers. Your professional goal is to ensure a long-term competitive offering with satisfied customers, while ensuring profitability for Cambio.

In this role, you will be responsible for two product areas:

• Inhabitant Engagement, which includes responsibility for all products and services aimed at enabling our customers in health- and social care to interact with the inhabitants
• Partner Solutions, which includes responsibility for all partner products and services included in the Cambio portfolio of products and services

You will be a key member in Cambio’s product organization that sets the foundation for our way of planning, designing, and developing our portfolio including products and services. As a Product Manager you will work with a virtual team across Cambio related to your respective product areas. The role includes responsibility for the Product P&L.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you behave like an “embedded CEO” of the offering, and you are driven by solving problems for the end-users and customers. You can comprehend the business context and market opportunities that drive the building of an offering. It is easy for you to build relationships with customers to gain an understanding of their problems and needs. You ensure an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration, all in the interest of driving the offering forward.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ work experience, incl. roles in Product Management or related fields
• Experience and track record in successful launches and lifecycle- management of software products and services
• Experience from product P&L ownership and business case development
• Leadership skills with experience in leading product teams
• Experience from leading larger programs or projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic mindset

• Ability to work both with strategic and operational topics
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English since it will be used in the daily work
• MSc University degree, preferably in business, engineering and/or economics

It’s a bonus if you

• Have eHealth experience
• Have international experience
