As the Product Specialist in the Nordics, you will have close contact with partners, customers and healthcare staff, and support sales in conversations that can be both of a technical nature or relate to work processes and care recipient needs.

The company grows and have a need for a product specialist who is primarily focusing on the Nordic market and supports the work of the sales organization.
About the Role
The Product Specialist is part of the global Product Management & Marketing team and has a special focus on the Nordic market and customers. You will work across two business segments (Independent Living and Assisted Living) and will be the bridge between the local sales & marketing team, the customers and the global product development department. You will report to the Product Line Manager (Independent Living), located in Löddeköpinge. Main part of your work will be at the office, but from time to time travel will be required – to fairs, events, to partners and to other Legrand Care sites in the world.
Key responsibilities are:
- Product specialist with deep knowledge about Legrand Care products and solutions. Knowledge about how solutions, integrations and products are used by Nordics customers
- Carry out product testing to ensure that any new product release meets the needs of the customer
- Analyse customer needs and identify new product opportunities
- Provide expert support to sales in tenders
- Contribute to stakeholder meetings regarding product technical capabilities
- Perform product demonstrations & trainings
- Gather use cases and requirements from Nordic customers
- Introduce new products in the Nordics
- Adapt training material for new products to the Nordics
- Manage field tests in the Nordics
- Provide technical support during startup phase with new customers and installations
- Market/competitor analysis and benchmarking in the Nordics
- Support marketing team at exhibitions

Your background
We believe that you meet most of these background criteria:
- Experience and understanding of product development & product management process
- Experience in a technical support/sales or product management role would be an advantage
- Experience in preparing and giving training is a plus
- Preferably academical education within technology or related discipline
- Swedish native level in speech and writing. Good business English in speech and writing.
