About the role
We are thrilled to introduce an exciting job opportunity within our Product Enablement team, a group dedicated to empowering users to harness the full potential of our tools.
We are seeking a Product Enablement Content Creator to join our team and play a crucial role in developing high-quality end-user content for our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical writing and content development background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to clarify complex technical concepts concisely.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create content that empowers users with the knowledge, resources, and support required to confidently utilize our products to their fullest potential.
What you’ll be doing

Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.

Develop and maintain a diverse range of product-related content, including API documentation, release notes, videos, interactive tutorials, and knowledge base articles.

Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content, ensuring accessibility and a seamless user experience.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all product-related content, playing a proactive role in anticipating content needs early in the product lifecycle.

Actively participate in the software development process to gather information and provide valuable input regarding product content requirements, ensuring alignment with product development milestones.

Regularly revise and update existing content to reflect product changes, enhancements, and evolving user needs.

Ensure content consistency and adherence to company style and formatting guidelines, contributing to a unified and recognizable brand voice.

Conduct thorough research to gather information for documentation projects, stay abreast of industry trends, and incorporate best practices into content development.

Continuously improve content creation processes and standards, contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practices within the realm of product enablement.
What you’ll bring to the team

Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a content developer, preferably in the software industry.

Strong writing and editing skills, and an ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in using tools such as Google Suite, HelpDocs, Confluence, Markdown, Filmora, Tutorial, or similar.

Familiarity with version control systems and content management systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with documenting APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL)

Eager to learn new technologies (like Quinyx and related systems)
