Product Delivery Lead – Multi Matching Engine Product Management
This is a perfect opportunity to join the product management team for our large trading customers (Multi Matching Engine – MME). We are servicing our high demanding customers around the globe in all asset classes (derivatives, fixed income, equity, crypto) using different market models. MME is the premium matching service used by our largest external customers. It is sold both as a self-managed software and as a SaaS, operated in cloud. Given the new organization with a “Product First Approach” the product management role is more important than ever. We are responsible for the scope, planning and prioritization of the product roadmap. The product management team has had a shortage of resources for a long time, while at the same adding new customers to the product. Further, UX expertise is missing in the team. The idea is to add an experienced person who can fill several roles as both UX expert, Product Specialist and further on as PDL for a team.

Your role and responsibilities:
The work follows the Nasdaq agile methodology driven within either customer or product component scrum teams. The main responsibility for a PDL is to manage the scope and the priorities for their team. As a product specialist, you are the subject matter expert for a specific part of the product and support both team members and other external stake holders. Regardless role, you represent the voice of customer and communicate that to the team.
Roles (depending on you profile):
Being the general product UX specialist for all MME/NPTR UIs. Work closely with the NFF UX team to align and improve the Nasdaq UI standards.
Define RDM and RDM UI requirements and work cooperatively together with the RDS/RDM NFF PDL to build a world class business configuration tool.
Responsible for the MME reference data model
Maintain the MME reference data configuration used for testing and demo
Product BA for core product initiatives. At the moment there is an urgent need that together with NPTR team formulate both the functional and UI requirements for next generation pre-trade risk management product.
Conduct customer demos/sales support
Assist in RFPs and design studies
Scrum Team PDL – Implement vision, handle customer requirements, prioritize, manage risk and issues, guarantee quality, responsible for cost control.
We expect you to have:
University degree in computer science, information technology, software development, business/finance or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner as well as proven experience in participation in Agile projects
Willingness to learn and share knowledge
An excellent command of written and spoken English
It would be great if you also have:
Previous experience in the financial industry (trading).
