AtrimusRx obtains vital medicines from foreign manufacturers that are unavailable due to shortages or production issues, and supplies hospitals and pharmacies across the country. Such medications may include the most recent FDA-approved cancer treatment or oral solutions for children and the elderly who are unable to swallow capsules or tablets.

The position

The position is a purchasing and procurement role in which you are responsible for the entire process, from locating the medicine in the correct country to ensuring it is delivered to the pharmacies and clinics that have requested and ordered it.

You will work with pharmacists, prescribers, and a variety of foreign suppliers and manufacturers all over the world on a daily basis.

Responsibilities and duties:

Medicine procurement and importation

Responding to quality questions and requests regarding orders and lead times.

Maintaining positive relationships with pharmacies and suppliers

Other administrative responsibilities.

In a rapidly growing company, we offer you a variety of tasks and constantly new challenges. The position is in the Stockholm suburb of Sollentuna.

Full time position. 40 hours per week.

Working hours: 8:30-17:00

Remote work is not applicable.

Qualifications

You have a university degree in pharmacology and experience working in a pharmacy.

As a person, you are independent, driven and have the ability to see the big picture. You are solution-oriented and communicative and want to be involved in developing AtrimusRx’s services and service for Swedish pharmacies and prescribers.
