Job Description:

Join our team in KARLSTAD, Sweden as an Order Administrator and play a key role in handling and following up the customers, sales orders, and purchase orders, to maintain the best possible support and logistics for both external and internal customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Place orders with our external supplier.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the project’s schedule is being followed.
  • Work together with the PMO and supplier to establish and run smoothly a consolidation warehouse.
  • Ensure the on-time and complete entering of orders and invoicing in the ERP system.
  • Conduct data management activities using the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems.
  • Follow up on orders to make sure they are produced and shipped on time and enforce to company’s and customer standards at all times.
  • Enforce to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.

      For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in an order entry/purchasing customer contact position or similar experience working with high value projects and multiple tasks is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Degree from Upper Secondary School, also known as “Gymnasiet” in Sweden.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IT in general
  • Proficient level of English and Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Previous Oracle experience is preferred.
