As Omnichannel Manager you will play a key role by preparing the organization to make the next step into omnichannel! You will have the freedom to identify and propose opportunities to achieve business goals through the use of digital and offline channels. Besides, you will plan, develop, execute, track, and optimize the respective digital marketing activities in close collaboration with Core teams including sales, medical, marketing and market access management. In order to do this, you will review all digital content for optimized customer journeys and support the local adoption of platforms & channels.

This position is based in Sweden and reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience.

  • Increase the digital competencies within our CoreTeams and Customer Facing Functions (including field-based functions) in Sweden
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities and where relevant develop business cases for implementation
  • Work hand-in-hand with Core teams and other functions to support implementation and reporting
  • Act as a consultant supporting end-to-end campaign management
  • Supports Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) creation
  • Plan and execute therapeutic area-overarching and multi-brand campaigns with Core teams
  • Review digital content (e.g. design and wording of email, websites, social media posts)
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and functions in order to identify potential opportunities
  • Determine and follow the performance indicators of the different websites and digital campaigns
  • Ensure a customer experience that drives the desired behavior throughout the customer journey, as well as is giving the organization all ingredients to continue to do so


  • At least 3 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration (or equivalent Diploma).
  • Excellent command of the Swedish & English language.
  • Experience in (agile) Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience with multichannel management including digital projects.
  • Experience in website content creation and in planning, executing digital campaigns.
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a diverse environment and values strong cross-functional relationships.
  • You are agile in learning new tools and systems and passionate about communicating your vision to the team.
  • You see yourself as a digital savvy.
  • Ability to influence a wide range of (internal and external) stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Familiar with legal requirements on communication with external stakeholders and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance.
  • Lastly, you are innovative, curious, and eager to achieve results.
