In the role as Office Manager, you will be a part of our People & Performance team. You will be in charge of creating an inspiring and engaging environment for our employees – both at the Stockholm office as well as for our remote/hybrid co-drivers. One of your main responsibilities will be to create innovative ideas of how to work with office management to match the changing needs in a new era of remote work.

The role is located at our head office in central Stockholm, at Grev Turegatan 11 and is primarily an onsite role. You will report to the Chief HR Officer.

Your challenge

As an Office Manager at Scrive, you will be the point of contact for everyone in the company, ensuring that everything regarding office/remote work runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing our physical office space, as well as providing support for our remote co-drivers.

In your everyday work, you will:

  • Maintain a pleasant working environment and provide excellent support to visitors

  • Organise and coordinate office administration and procedures

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

  • Responsible for the budget, planning and execution of company conferences and events

  • Act as the Swedish work environment legislation representative of the company

  • Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (including move of offices, additions, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested.

  • Responsible for negotiating and setting up agreements for co-working spaces for the employees.

  • Keeping a record of office related expenses and ensuring they are kept within budget

  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands

Are you our perfect match?

To succeed in the role as Office Manager, you must have following qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience relevant for the role, for example within service or office management

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:

  • Experience working in an international environment

In this role we see that you are a natural in building relationships with others and you enjoy taking initiatives to create an innovative office and remote environment. Furthermore you are structured, you enjoy to plan and organize your work effectively and build structures that others can work from. Last but not least, you love being service-minded and enjoy supporting internal colleagues.
