We seek an experienced UX/UI designer with 3-5 years of experience to design and shape unique and user-centric products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers. You can make deliberate design decisions and translate any user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Remote policy

Our primary work setting is our vibrant office environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Additionally, we embrace flexibility by offering a remote work option once a week. You will

• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi designs, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap, your design thinking, and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes to industry standards.
• Collaborating with product management and tech teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Support the marketing department with communications design for digital activities.

We think you have

• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Worked with online products/services
• Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop etc.
• An understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• An open mind for receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
