As Marketing Manager, you create and drive our future market strategy and are responsible for the position of Newbie in both existing and new markets in close collaboration within the Newbie organization. Newbie is one of our brightest brands and is ready continue its journey of success – where you will be a key person!
Your profile We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education and extensive experience in a leading position in a marketing department or agency. It is a merit if you have international experience of brand establishment in new markets. You are an expert in creating seamless brand experiences from a 360 perspective and are an inspiring and action-oriented leader with the ability to motivate your team to exceed their goals.
You have a heart for sustainable customer offerings and have experience building a strong, responsible, and profitable brand. You know how to convert facts about the customer into an attractive offer and have a great interest in trends and monitoring the world around you. You have worked extensively with digital media and have a deep understanding of how to use these to communicate effectively with our customer. You can think conceptually and business-wise and see opportunities in everything you tackle. You thrive best in a changing environment.
