Your Way Home AB is a female-co-founded and oriented early-stage start-up that is making transportation better for overlooked communities. Our purpose is to promote inclusive and affordable ways of moving, no matter the time. Position: Marketing Intern

Location: Remote or Hybrid, Stockholm-based

Duration: 6 months, 40 hours/week, starting in September 2024

About the Role:

As a Marketing Intern at Your Way Home AB, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, practice what you’ve learned in your studies, and contribute directly to the growth of a dynamic start-up. You’ll work closely with our board and advisors, who are highly skilled and motivated professionals in their roles, providing support in marketing aspects, relevant to our operations

We highly encourage you to apply if you think you can handle:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends
  • Develop and implement creative strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing
  • Optimising conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize acquisition and retention rates
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute experiments and initiatives
  • Analysing data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and landing pages
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing

We believe that for you to love this job, you should (but are not limited to) have or be:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in growth hacking, growth marketing, and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills, and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Self-motivated team player and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and experimentation

It’ll add points to your application if you:

  • Are currently looking for a LiA placement as part of your studies
  • Also speak Swedish, Spanish, or other European languages
  • Have a particular interest in transportation and gender topics
  • Have previous experience with digital marketing or growth hacking tools and platforms
